Rosalia

Rosalia Vila is an Spanish flamenco singer and pop artist. From the time she was a teenager, Rosalia has explored the fringes of pop and traditional music. Her voice is described by no less talented than Flamenco guitar player Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp however with a bit of bite similar to those of the past. El Mal Querer, her second album following Los Angeles in 2017, has been a huge critical as well as commercial success. The album topped the Billboard Latin Pop Albums Chart and won the Grammy. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Motomami is her 3rd album that was full-length. The album featured collaborations with fellow musicians and producers, such as Cory Henry. It was released in 2022 as a result of an appearance on Saturday Night Live appearance by Rosalia, the vocalist of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the very first Spanish artist to have performed alone on the popular program. Motomami Rosala was also the recipient of three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, was the first woman ever to receive both awards.
